Paneltim takes back all used panels for 100% recycling!

  • We have developed an entirely new process and are able to recycle used panels made from PP material (polypropylene).

  • The CO2-footprint is reduced to about one third compared to using new raw materials, bringing Paneltim closer to 100% sustainable polypropylene panels.

  • The recycled polypropylene panels offer the same strength,
    function and durability as panels made from new material –
    with the same warranty on all panels.

    Assembly is simple and fast using standard tools. For example, a complete pen for finishing pigs with a water system can typically be installed in just 2 hours.

    The smooth surfaces and minimal fittings make washing exceptionally easy. Cleaning time is often reduced by up to 50% compared to other types of barn equipment.

    We provide a 25-year warranty on both panels and fittings, provided they are installed according to our drawings and instructions.

  • 100% Recycling

    Panels and fittings are often reused in other areas when a barn section is taken out of service. Otherwise, we gladly take panels and fittings back, as they are 100% recyclable.

“Panels with the build in feeding pipe, makes the washing robot able to clean the wall almost 100%. And it’s clever not to have any U-bolts and mounting parts around the feeding pipe, because we don’t have anything that can go loose or broken over time.

The material is easy to drill into, making the installation straightforward. Plus, the panels do not need so many fitting parts, and since everything is stainless-steel, we do not have to deal with rust or worn-out parts near the pigs. Even after 15-20 years, the panels maintain their strength, which means minimal maintenance for us. Overall, it’s a simple and reliable solution!

I would say that about 90% dirt on the walls is washed of by the robot and the rest is very easy to wash.”
